30 Day Trial Code

For those of you who ordered through EBGames.com and got a 30 day code for a trial membership, I figured I would post the link for where to use it in case you lost the link. http://ffxi.allakhazam.com/trialuser.html Also, I understand that e-mails with codes will go out soon for those who ordered for in-store pickup. Thank you for your patience.

I still haven't gotten my code. I figure near 2 weeks should be enough time for them to send out the trial codes. I guess I'll have to start sending e-mails asking where the services promised when I ordered are....

Good Luck.

I contact EB Games, and this is what I just got back from them.

--------------------
Hello from EBgames.com,

Thank you for contacting EBgames.com.
The allakhazam promotion was only available to those who had pre ordered
the game for home delivery. The offer was used as an incentive for
customers to have it delivered to their homes rather than the store. You
will not be receiving a 30 day trial with allakhazam.

If you require further assistance, we are available 7 days a week from 8
AM to Midnight EST.

Best Regards,
Shawn

I'm so happy right now! I was mad that I wasn't going to get the 30 trial because I used the instore pick up thing. And I just got the email.

Thanks Guys

I'm a happy camper; got my pre-ordered game yesterday and my code today.

Here is a question (maybe I should email someone???): I'm pretty sure I'm going to want to segue into a paid premium account... what is the best way to go about this?

Go into your user account. Under the box where you can type in your profile, you'll see this:

Quote:
Billing Settings:
Renewal Date:
Auto Renew Premium:

Next to where it says "Auto Renew Premium:" Make sure it says "YES". Viola! Your account will automatically continue to be paid premium once your free trial is over.
not fair to in-store orders!

I preordered in-store, not online. Is there anyway I could still get this trial offer?
No email, no code -_-

I never received an email from EBGames stating that they shipped my pre-order, either. Nor did I ever get an email with a code for a free month here.

I sent an email to EBGames letting them know that I hadn't gotten a shipping confirmation or a promotional code for allakhazam.

They sent me an email in reply stating that my pre-order had been shipped, and said that they'd soon have someone send me a promotional code via email as well.
{Hmmm.}

What if you had it delivered to your house and never got ANY kind of email from EB???? Not even an "your order has shipped" email?????
