I made a bank transfer on January 12... it is now the 18 and my loaded funds are still not showing. The first time I contacted ePassporte was to get more info and one of my concern was how long it would take for the card to be loaded once the money was transfered. I was told 24-72 hours. As you can see, it's been alot more than 72 hours and still no use for the "pre-paid" card (pre-stolen money is more I like it). I e-mailed customer service about it NOTHING but the pre-fabricated "We hope to have answered your question, if you need more info please call..." Take note, they didn't provide ANY response to my concerns. 5-10 e-mails and 2 international phone calls later and still NOTHING, no money loaded on the card, no answer as to where my money went.

BE ON THE LOOK-OUT!!!

OK I've been to the site and the first line I get when I sign up is this
Quote:
Please transfer from a bank account in Europe in Euros (EUR) or in British Pounds (GBP) only.
. Is this service actually available in NA? It is advertised on POL Europe, but not on POL USA. Can anyone shed some light on this? Thank you

Your ePassporte account will be loaded in US Dollars (USD).

It is not based in the US, that is why they need you to exchange currency.

Use the exchange rate chart on the bottom to move money onto it.

1 GBP : $1.7596 USD

Exchange rates may vary depending on the date of the settlement.

Yeah, but they still need to make prepaid cards that are sold in stores. Since this is a Pre-paid Visa it still requires you to be 18(<- or maybe it is good they don't, l0l).

copy the link then paste it to your browser and remove the <br> and it will work.

I'm glad they finially thought to do something like this. EQ has been doing it for a while. (I have seen the ones for EQ at wal-mart.)
