This week marks the second anniversary of the FINAL FANTASY XI launch in North America. To celebrate we’ve compiled a list of some of the most momentous changes to Vana'diel during this time. you guys this isnt a complant site yet some how it always turns into it i mean they are remebering everything we had to go through all the updates and stuff and yet you ppl are here complaning about how they screwed up your all being very ungreatful they could have not added all this stuff to keep us happy so stop ******** about all this stuff that has happened in the past few months think of all the good times you have had in this game all the friends you have made and all the one you lost i cant believe how babies play this game now you guys will never be happy no matter what SE does sure they ***** up alot but at least they try and dont give me that "im a programer and i know it doesnt take this long to update" SE has alot of problems too like the DDoS attacks they always get attacked i for one think its the gilsellers they are trying to make SE pay for the rare/ex update but really guys before you start blaming SE for thier ***** ups start thinking about other stuff that made this game more fun all the ppl you have met and all the friends you have made.......

i agree.... ffxi gave some good times..... but riddle me this.... how are we going to have the good times or talk to the friends we have made IF THEY ARE ALWAYS DOING S*** TO THE SERVER.... this sux.... i love ffxi and i really wouldnt care if they added all this crap.... outpost warp is nice but if we didnt have it... i wouldnt care... the new items are nice but if we didnt have them once again i wouldnt care... if you are a true ffxi lover then you wouldnt care about all the crap that they add... you would love to play... and all this time i dont get to play because they are always doing crap to the server...


Edit: i think the rare/ex update was good... besides that........

LOL look at how much fun those programmers have. Look at all the gear they have. NO ONE has both the Relic Sword and Relic Shield. The Samurai wearing PLD Abjuration gear. The Dragoon with relic axe and zenith gear on lol. Did you check those pics out there ridiculous.

Should have made mention that in December 2003, we received the ability to Outpost Warp after the Christmas Treant event, allowing us to receive the option of Outpost Warping after doing a Supply Quest. That was a pretty significant change allowing me to not always choose White Mage to port myself places ":3

Well, at least they tried to keep us entertained with something during maintenance. I acctually remember when half this stuff came out (First time seeing Fenrir in party O_O;,the GP system for the guilds, all the various "nerfs", Ballistas introduction, CoP's announcement.) Was all the stuff really two years ago? dang.. time flies XD
