There's something going on at the Temple of Life in Qeynos and there's a blight that's spreading through some of the major cities! If you're of good alignment, seek to help those afflicted folks and travel to the Temple of Life to see if you can unravel this mystery!
If you're of an evil alignment, there's a fellow in Gorowyn that follows the Plaguebringer that may be able to explain what's going on.
Take note, too, that with Game Update #45 the Shard of Hate World Event has come to a conclusion. If you were taking part in curing the hate or spreading the hate, those quests are now obsolete and should be removed from your quest journal.
With Game Update #46, part of this event is now completed, but the quests Celestial Watcher and An Eye on the Celestial Watcher are still active.
