A caravan was attacked by Treasure-Hunting Thieves (Rdb). Examine Dropped Items nearby until you find Kusa's Goods (Rdb).

I recall seeing Treasure-Hunting Thieves (Rdb) on the east side of the bridge crossing the Valley of Scars. The cargo crate is at 62.5, 64.8 .
