Tier 1
Unbreakable Will (5) - Increases your chance to resist Stun, Fear, and Silence effects.
Wand Specialisation (5) - Increases your damage with Wands.
Tier 2
Silent Resolve (5) - Reduces the threat generated by your Holy and Discipline spells and reduces the chance your spells will be dispelled.
Improved Power Word Fortitude (2) - Increases the effect of your Power Word: Fortitude spell.
Improved Power Word Shield (3) - Increase the damage absorbed by your Power Word: Shield.
Martyrdom (2) - Gives you a chance to gain the Focused Casting effect that lasts for 6 sec after being the victim of a melee or ranged critical strike. The Focused Casting effect prevents you from losing casting time when taking damage and increases resistance to Interrupt effects.
Tier 3
Absolution (3) - Reduces the mana cost of your Dispel Magic, Cure Disease, Abolish Disease and Mass Dispel spells.
Inner Focus (1) - When activated, reduces the Mana cost of your next spell by 100% and increases its critical effect chance by 25% if it is capable of a critical effect.
Meditation (3) - Allows some of your Mana regeneration to continue while casting.
Tier 4
Improved Inner Fire (3) - Increases the effects of your Inner Fire spell.
Mental Agility (5) - Reduces the mana cost of your instant cast spells.
Improved Mana Burn (2) - Reduces the casting time of your Mana Burn spell.
Tier 5
Mental Strength (5) - Increases your maximum Mana.
Divine Spirit (1) Requires 3 points in Meditation - Holy power infuses the target, increasing their Spirit for 30 minutes.
Improved Divine Spirit (1) Requires Divine Spirit - Your Divine Spirit and Prayer of Spirit spells also increase the target's spell damage and healing by an amount equal to a percentage of their total Spirit.
Tier 6
Focused Power (2) - Your Smite and Mind Blast spells have an additional chance to hit and cause additional damage against Feared targets.
Force of Will (5) - Increases your spell damage and the critical strike chance of your offensive spells.
Tier 7
Focused Will (3) - After taking a critical hit you gain the Focused Will effect, reducing all damage taken by 2-4% and increasing healing effects on you by 4-10% for 8 seconds. Stacks up to 3 times.
Power Infusion (1) Requires 5 points in Mental Strength - Infuses the target with power, shortening spell cast time by 20% and lowering spell mana costs by 20% for 15 seconds.
Reflective Shield (5) - Causes a percentage of the damage absorbed by your Power Word: Shield to reflect back at the attacker. This damage causes no threat.
Tier 8
Enlightenment (5) - Increases your total Stamina, Intellect and Spirit.
Tier 9
Pain Suppression (1) - Reduces a friendly target's threat by 5%, damage taken by 40%, and grants 65% resistance to dispel mechanics for 8 seconds.
