Tell Elder Bocelli in Boulderwind Village all that has happened and let him be the judge.

Bocelli says that obviously both are telling the truth, as they saw it, but it would seem that while both were in the same place at the same time they did not see the same thing. This is serious and he thinks he knows what has happened.
