Is Feral Howl based on charisma? because i do miss a lot, and on tough mobs (getting merits killing catoblepas on bibiki)

30,000exp is a lot to buy this ability, but it can be extremly useful.

I'd like to first point out it almost never works on IT mobs, in fact it has never worked on an IT mob for me, and the only NM type mobs it has ever hit, for me, is in dynimas, and more rarely beseiged.

It does however hit anything up to a tough mob 90% of the time for me, unlike other posters, I have never seen it last more than 1-3seconds. Greater mobs also seem to resist this ability.

I use it solely to interupt a WS or spell I dont fancy getting hit by.

15min recast is pathetic though, you could spend another 90,000exp to reduce that to 10mins, but my gripe is with the fact that it wont(at least for me) hit IT mobs or NMs...considering we can hardly spam it with that timer I cant understand the reason it isnt like a 90% effect on any mob.

what this does, freeze the mob, stops it in mid action
only propblem, is it has a 05-15sec last effect, depending on mob

What would terrorize do? Is it like a paralyze type thing? Or...like a killer effect (mob becomes intimidated)?

It doesn't always hit though I'm told, and it's on a 15 minute recast timer.

That's kind of sh*t.

What it really does it freeze the opponent in their tracks. in any pose they just stop moving all together, the hipogryfth in the Rivine site area do it to people. Its pretty boss.

It's like a very powerful killer effect. Basically, the victim(s) become intimidated every turn or almost every turn.

The difference is like how sometimes paralyze will only cancel your action occasionally and other times you can hardly do anything until it wears off. Terror is basically a very strong paralyze.
