I just turned one in on Gilgamesh for 5850 guild points, cap was 6960. Not sure why I didn't get the full 6960. Alchemy currently 75.9 with a caduceus.

I can Confirm this, the NQ is only 5850, the max GP you can get from this item is 6960

The +1 version is worth 6960 on Ifrit. The regular version is worth 5850 contrary to what it says on this page. 65.2 Alchemy if it matters.
Worth 6960 points on Caitsith. The cap was also 6960 points.
