You can use any rod to fish this up but my need to use a minnow as bait.my Ls is 2/125 on him. and you must have at less a full party to fight him and make sure you have asomeone withwhm main or as a sub it has an AoE Poison attack.

Uses an attack that goes thru shadows and takes about half ur hp :/
You have to be really careful with this bad boy. He also has a move that will silence u and take your mp at the same time.
