This unlock is well inside the RVR area, so if you are over-leveled for Tier 3 RVR, be prepared to be chickened!

Approach the gate inside the RVR area at 40k/64k south of Bitter Woods, the Empire Chapter 12 camp. This is a proximity unlock, so simply walking through this area will trigger the unlock.
