Helix spells are harmful status effects that inflict damage over time to a character.
Unlike other DoT effects such as Bio, Dia, Poison, the damage over time from Helix spells are equal to its initial damage.
Their damage is greatly affected by weather.

The Accuracy of Helix spells depends on the caster's Elemental Magic skill.
Damage is based on INT, Magic Attack Bonus and the target's INT, modified somewhat by any existing weather effects (zone based, or from a Storm-type spell)
