Hotbar  

In EverQuest II, your hotbar is where you will fin shortcut buttons to your spells, combat arts, and other abilities. There are built in keyboard shortcuts to all the hotbar buttons (which are called hotbuttons). You can also drag equipment and activateable items to a hotbar for easy use.

Crafting has its own hotbar in the tradeskill creation window. When that window is the focus, the hotbars are automatically mapped to the numpad number keys.
