With GU56 Qeynos and Freeport, and therefore the Isles, are no longer available as starting cities. However, if you had a character there they can still complete the quests, so we're leaving this information in the wiki and database.

When you are ready to leave the island, you may click on the ship's bell at the docks to be transported to Qeynos to continue questing with the Qeynos Villages Quest Series. This is a one-way ticket, and you cannot return to the island once you leave, so try to do as many of the quests here as you can.

Trivia	Isle of Refuge was the original new character starting zone for Everquest II. Eventually it was removed and Queen's Colony and Outpost of the Overlord were introduced for new Qeynosian and Freeportian characters.
