LFG is common gamer slang for Looking For Group, often shouted in zone or world chat channels, such as "38 Templar LFG for KHQ grind!"

The other side of the same coin is LFM, which means "Looking For More", and is often seen with a number indicating how many slots in the group remain open, such as "LFM for Kill 10 Rats grind!" or "LF1M Karnor's - Healer or DPS"
