There is an alternative to grinding the initial faction quests on the beach. You can kill guards of the two factions you do not want for their tokens, then turn them in to the consul of the court you want to gain entry to. The three consuls are located in The Tower of the Moon.

However you do it, it will take at least 20,000 faction (Warmly) to enter the faction Court.

Court of the Blades

Zahr Shabao

1. The Ashes of Conquest (52 Heroic)
2. The Champions of Rujark (53 Heroic)
3. Bring the End (55 Epic)

Gaining Favor in the Court

Do the following quests inside The Court of the Blades: starts with Dukaris

1. Court of the Blades: Dukaris, Hero of the People (50 Heroic)

continues with Dukarem, Caliph of the Blades

1. Court of the Blades: Dukarem's Purge, Part I (53 Heroic)
2. Court of the Blades: Dukarem's Purge, Part II (54 Heroic)
3. Court of the Blades: Dukarem's Purge, Part III (55 Heroic)

Gaining Title

Inside Court of the Blades, and once you reach level 60 and full ally, Alim Nimr will give you only one quest: Blades Champion. Completing it will result in the title Vanguard of the Blade. No need to complete other quests.

Gaining Favor in the Court

Do the following quests inside The Court of the Coin:

1. Court of the Coin: Maimun's Gifts
2. Court of the Coin: Running the Business
3. Court of the Coin: Setting the House in Order
4. Court of the Coin: Imminent Danger

Gaining Title

Inside The Court of the Coin and if you reach level 60 and full ally, Suliman Abid will give you only one quest, Loyalty Pays. Completing it will result in the title Vindicator of the Coin. No need to complete other quests.

Gaining Title

Inside The Court of Truth, and once you reach level 60 and full ally, Faizal Khajanee will give you only one quest: Earning Rank. Completing it will result in the title Paragon of Truth. No need to complete other quests.
