I started out in Bastok, yeah
Without a gil to spend.
I try to find this N P C
but soon I make a friend.

I chose to be a Red Mage, but
My spells are incomplete
With Onion sword here in my hand
These worms lie at my feet!

I gained a level here and there
A spell or two I learned
But when I reached the Valkurm Dunes
from fighting I was spurned...

In Crawler's Nest, I learned a spell
which was my lifelong bane
Convert, Refresh, don't fight at all
This job is getting lame

What kind of fun is this? ...
I pull the raptors back with me
to Ancient Magic bliss

Aht Urghan came and sprang up fast
{Main} {Heal!} I dread that phrase
Enfeebling magic was my life
But now it's just a haze

With everything that I've been through
My online life, indeed.
Change job, Master? OH YES!! Kupoooo!
At last, this role is freed!
