You must be at least Level 50 to receive this quest.

Take the Water Bone Leaf Soup (Rdb) to Reisman at the lumber yard building near the Muttering Forest (Woodchop Village) and ask him about what happened in the Forest.

Hasn't Buffy been dead for some time? - He becomes angry and will not speak to you. Find some of Buffy's things in the building. Find Buffy's Toy Ball then talk to him again to reset the conversation.
