Simple Minds (WAR History and Lore)  

This is a Destruction only unlock accessed by using one of the Rock Lobbers at Lobber Hill. After landing at Ironmane's Lock head down the ramp and take a left around 42k/61k. Follow the downward-sloping path until you reach an Observation Point. Using the Observation Point at 47k/57k will grant you the unlock.
