Walkthrough

After accepting this mission talk to the Quartermaster NPC. Depending on your nation you will be required to obtain an item that is either harvested (Windurst), mined (Bastok), or logged (San d'Oria). These will be items that can be found in the surrounding area or bought from the auction house. Once you have the item, bring it back to the Quartermaster for your reward.
