Diablo III has arrived!

The Vortex (WAR History and Lore)  

From Thanuil's Retreat, travel along the east-west road until it meets the north-south running road. At the junction, run straight between the two ridges of rock, you will crest a small hill and should see a large grey stone monument shining with blue light in the near distance. Be wary of the champion boar named Gorger that patrols the area.

Approaching the monument will grant you the tome unlock.
