Pick some of her favorite flowers, the Wave Flower, before you go to meet her. Get Wave Flower x10 (Rdb). You want the flowers to be perfect, so not every flower will do!

Then, finally, speak to Rose Westwood, the lady formerly known as Vivian Rhodes. on the boat.

She pretends that she is not Vivian, but when you tell her that Rikon is dead, well, things change.
