The giant boars that thrive in the Badlands and The Old World are ferocious and loudly flatulent animals noted for their ill-tempered and uncompromisingly vicious nature. Their behaviour is in all respects dangerous and unpredictable. These qualities are readily appreciated by Orcs, who train them to be used as mounts in battle.
War boars or Giant boars are fierce boars that are often kept as pets by Orcs. They are ill tempered and vicious. They have large tusks that come out of their mouths for slashing, piercing, and ripping whatever is unlucky enough to get in their way. They have large manes that go down their backs from their head and is usually something for an orc to hold on to. They are as likely to attack their masters as they are the enemy; that's why orcs like them.
