EQ:GM

GM's are Sony's ingame representatives. They are now normally only reachable through the petition system, but still appear ingame as needed to deal with item reimbursements, etc.

Petition System

The Petition System is accessed by hitting the 'p' key while ingame. It can also be accessed when you are not ingame here by clicking the search button then clicking ingame support or service history.

Abilities

GM's can do almost anything; they can 100% Rez you, they can summon any item, summon you to any zone, etc. They only exercise these powers when it is needed to address a bug, reimburse a lost item, etc.
