Description

Speak to Waoud in Whitegate.

Defeat Mamool Ja Mimickers for a Blue Mage Testimony and go back to Whitegate. Trade the testimony to Imperial Whitegate (The palace entrance) to be warped to Jade Sepulcher.

Trade the testimony to the door ahead to be brought to a battle field versus Raubahn.

He can use all blue magic up to level 70.

Defeat him to raise your level cap to 75.
