Sakka says,"There's a Flying Dragon ninja named Michi staying in Snowhill. I'll need her help to get these angry floren under control.

Take her this note and do whatever it takes to get her down here. "

Sakka has asked you to recruit Michi in Snowhill to help deal with the Floren.
This is a Search quest.  This quest will advance the Ninja job.
