Diablo III has arrived!

in combat (WoW)  

When you engage an opponent or an opponent attempts to engage you, you are in combat. There are certain actions that can only occur in combat or when not in combat. (This is often called OOC for "out of combat.") You can tell if you are in combat if your character's Nameplate has crossed swords rather than your level number.
