This auto-categorizes the DB pages. It also adds some links to related wiki pages.

1. All zone pages are added to Category:EverQuest II and Category:EQ2 Zones
2. All zone pages are added to a zone category based on the expansion
3. All zone pages are added to a zone category based on the zone type
4. A menu bar is added under the Wiki menu bar with links to:
• The Quest Series for this zone, if the page exists
• The City Tasks Series for this zone, if the zone type is City
• The POIs category for this zone
