Description
A reddish glow emanates through this dark chamber in the depths of Pso'Xja. In the center of the chamber sits what appears to be a mysterious portal bearing a radiant blue glyph. What unspeakable force may await on the other side of this magical device?

There seems to be no exit to this battlefield. Or is it downstairs near Diabolos?
There is one...
But it's practically impossible to get to.
There's an exit if you fall through the tiles and into the spider pit. But really only someone with flee can manage it, and even then, it's unlikely they won't get eaten alive by the true-sight spiders >.>

LooooL Diabolos ??????? O.o
This is NOT a outdoor area, it leads to Diablos, the final boss for Chapter 3 of the CoP missions, it's connected to the central tower of Pso'Xja (the 40 capped one)
