Requirements to enter any Remnant area:
#1 ToAU17 - complete
#2 Speak with the NPC just outside the Assault Agency, the one dressed as a mnk. He will give you a permit to enter the remnants , its a one time use permit, costs 1500 Assault Point deducted from any assault counter you gathered.So each time you go in and out, thats one time permit, to enter next time, gotta get another permit and so on.
#3 Remnants are within Alzadal Undersea Ruins, the fastest access is by Nyzul Isle Staging Point runic portal.
#4 Have a minimum 6 members party to enter any Remnants area.
