I did not kill any bats, just ran into the cave by the song runes and there it was. Killed it the first time using my 2hr and he dropped the cape :).
#Anonymous, Posted: Dec 30 2003 at 2:09 PM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) yes, it drops a night cape, and no, u fight all the bats in valkurm, then it spawns somewhere, in a specific place, u have to find that place, mind u i am a lvl. 50 drg, and i make the low lvl. kill them(the bats), then i run up and take their prey and finish it off in 3 blows, 2 if i have my wyvern around.

And you don't have to kill all the bats, it is a 2hr spawn, and it spawns it 2 diffrent locations, first one then the other. So deal bat boy!
