Went there today to pick some up, windy currently in 1st but this guy wasn't selling. Anyone know the conditions required to get him to sell elemental arrows? And for how much do they cost roughly?

it doesn't sell the brass zaghnal. I checked there loads of times and they don't sell it. There's a lot of stuff that they dont sell thats on that list...

The item is probably not there because the Rank of the nation plays a factor into shops. A city ranked number 1 will have more stuff in the shops.
They should put this stuff up in the description in big red letters to avoid ppl posting about this stuff.
