NPC vendor prices don't vary by server.
Only guild vendors vary, but by last game day's stock.
There are some shops that only sell certain items when their city is second or first, and there are some shops that only sell certain items to citicens of the nation, but they are the least.

They don't because Pricing varies on each world. Not to mention items in the shops are not always there. So its hard to keep track.
i wish allakazham showed prices of the items at Npc shops
