Posted: Jul 18 2004 at 8:08 AM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) Zoreen's location is a real pain, because you have to have a airship pass in order just to reach him. If you don't have a pass, it's then the highly inflated Windhurst AH prices for you.
Actually you don't need an airship pass to reach him. Just go through the exit side of the building and talk to him :)

FYI: Checking with a mule with no fame, I found the price to be 190.
Checking with myself, I found the price to be 173. I have high Windy fame (maybe maxed out - I haven't looked in awhile).

I found Zoreen (Galka) insid the airship building on the exit side.

It appears that Windurst needs control of Valdeaunia in order for Zoreen to sell anything. When I tried to "chat" with him he merely mutters "Valdeaunia...". He's located in the Air Travel agency, by the way.
