Does he not always sell darts? Is there a certain time in the day or a certain day or is it just when he has some?

Sorry to Ask, but is this the only person in all of Vana'Diel who sells La Theine Millet, something that is used in such absolute abundance. I mean come on, a substance added to chocobo feed to produce more edible feed and add nutrients. Give me a break, not bent, but a break. Thats like, one of the neighbors you don't like being the only person in the world selling Plant Fertilizer and thinner, like Urea. Of course he wouldnt be for long until the Feds got on him for carrying 2nd stage to 1st explosive substances. Is there anywhere at all you can get La Theine Millet besides this clown in Sandoria. Come on, if he has it, surely, someone else can make it.
