This guy is an NM actually. Just teled to Vazhl and ran to outpost and i see 2 Demon Wizards and the gauged "Impossible to Gauge"
Then when they disappeared i ran over their and i saw about 20-30 ppl dead lol

prolly from a Garrison
also drops Goblin Helm, Goblin Mail, Sallet, Scroll of Absorb-AGI, Scroll of Absorb-INT, Scroll of Absorb-VIT, Scroll of Stun
for some reason i think i sent info on this guy. seen a pic of him and i think i still do. he looks better then most demons i think.
