Currently 0/38 Beehive Chips with TH 1 in Carpenter's Landing. This is one of the "adjusted items dropped by monsters in certain areas" nerfs by SE it would seem.
Prior to that update, I was about 1/3-1/6 for hive chips.

Do not know about Carpenters' Landing, but in Giddeus they drop also a pot of honey.
