Was pretty manageable if Slowed, and it missed quite a bit.
All I have to say though is that this guy loves to use Slowga, and I think it's the only spell he uses. So if you're fighting this guy with an underhanded setup like mine, just be aware of the fact that you're going to be Slowed for almost the entire battle. (It overwrites Haste and cannot be overridden with Haste, similar to a spider's Spider Web move.)

This is a NM for the Bastok Mission 6-1. It pops along with the Eastern Sphinx, when you trigger a ???.
