um this guy is in the wrong area of NPc
the picture is, but there is an npc named argus. Fix the photo.
See that shiny thing around his neck. he IS argus. He is some kind of special summoner that farms the shakrami maze for your exp O_O

makes me want to delcare war against the city and kill this NPC, can't be too careful.maybe he is the human form of the hecteyes NM in the maze (Argus) ^^

When I saw this guys name I did a triple take, first to read it, second to think about it, and third was an OMFG!!! I think its funny that he has the same name as one of the most notorious of the NMs.
I was thinking the exact same thing. My BST will be nerfed vs this NM tho... no pets in cities =/
I always thought this was a NM in the Maze. This guy doesn't look like he's EVER camped, I mean, jeebus, that WHM is just standing there...ok, I'm going to find this mob, kill it, and get me a Peacock Charm RIGHT NOW.
