I went looking for this Pikini-Mikini NPC this evening in Mhaura, (Saturday) as I needed a Scroll Of Regen for my WHM. (LvL 23) The location of the NPC says he's at G-9, but I searhced, and searched, and searched and searched until my head hurt! :-/
To me, this NPC was just NOWHERE to be seen! GRRR!!
I never found him! GRRR!!
So, I ended up buying the scroll for another couple of k more at an AH in Sandy.
How dissappointing! I travelled ALL the way to Mhaura, just to go looking for an NPC which just seemed EXTRMELY obscure, and for what??
ABSOLUTELY DAMN NOTHING WHATSOEVER!! GRRR!!
When I got there, and couldn't find him, I just thought I'd gathered some info on his whereabouts which was possibly out of date, and maybe this Pikini-Mikini NPC had been removed from the game in one of the updates.
Once again..... VERY DISSAPPOINTING INDEED!! >:-(

I found him, just now! He's in a cave-like room close to Galdo (a galka) and Vera (a hume). It's the lowest level of Mhaura, right along the water.

Go all the way down each flight of stairs you can. He is there, I found him in a little secret oroom I had not known about.

Anybody care to tell me what door it is that I can reach Pikini?
He's in the warehouse. Go down the stairs at H-9 to the lowest level. You'll see a Galka and a bunch of trunks. Behind the trunks is an entry way. He's in there.
pikini sells hatchets for 500g good if u see a logging point on your way there.
i don't think i have any fame in mhaura, so its probably not fame based.

It varies according to fame. In the 4-5k neighborhood, however.
