General Information

    • Respawn time is approximately one to six hours after its last Time of Death.

    • On Widescan, Tottering Toby's placeholder will appear as the first sapling of a pair of two saplings in a group of two May Flies, two saplings, and two Sabertooth Tigers. The placeholder tends to spawn on or south of the hill at the north end of (G-7)

Tottering Toby's Special Attacks

  • Sprout Smack - Single target physical damage with an additional Slow effect.

  • Sprout Spin - AoE physical damage with an additional Stun effect (Circle of effect originates from mob).

  • Slumber Powder - AoE Sleep effect (Circle of effect originates from mob).

wear these for skill up pts if you are wanting to skill guard/block/parry...lowers youre evasion so the game checks evade first, then if you fail evade it checks your other skills next

If I do get hit, the monster misses me. When I go to pull I switch to stumbling sandals, let myself get hit once, and then switch back to hume RSE ^^. Easier for monsters to hit me. Ehehe.

They don't make you fall down. At all.

I wore these for over 2 hours, after getting them from a drop on this NM. They're definitely not for cosmetic purposes. They do nothing but lower your DEX and AGI.

Looking at Stumbling Sandles' stats, I don't see why anyone would ever think of wearing them..

Does anyone know the price? I'd imagine it'd be fairly low with -10 Dex and Agi :S

Unless, of course, it can be crafted into something better~
