I'm just guessing, but taking note of the fact that you can still fight Tiamat, I say she lost.

You dont make the gas go away. You can do a quest to get a gas mask (Miasma filter) Follow this link http://ffxi.allakhazam.com/db/quests.html?realm=&fquest=598 and it will tell you how to get to the top of the mountain. But first when you zone into Attohwa Chasm there is i taru standing on your left. Talk to him and he will give you a pouch and tell you to go up the mountain. When you reach the top Trade the pouch to the ??? then return to the taru. Trade the pouch to him and you will get your Miasma filter.

I wander if this npc gives you a quest for the rare/ex body Shikaree Aketon that gives you Ranged Attack +7 ... anyway I cant go to him cause a gas named Black Miasma blocks the way in Boneyard Gully, anyone knows how to make that gas to disappear pls ?
No, she doesn't. The Shikaree Aketon is gained from the quest Brygid the Stylist Returns. Shikaree Z is a Mithran Tracker that is involved in several new quests, and apparently in the later Promathia missions, as well.
