I've also had Seven-knot Quipus drop off of this mob (multiple times in fact).

It dropped 7-knot quipus. thats the key item. maybe it used for a new quest in windurst. (at the last april 21st patched).

can drop various monk equipment, I've gotten a cotton sitabiki from one.
