Vana'diel Bestiary: Fomor's Elemental  

A summoner of course, what do you think called the elemental? Fomors take the appearance of the five races of Vana'diel, but they're undead and their faces charcoal black. Most of the Fomor Summoners are Tarutarus, yes. They can call any elemental they like, and they usually wander around with one out. They don't call avatars though.
