Yes its called "Signed in Blood" and you get it from Sobane in souther san d'oria, dont know <pos> thow sorry (P.S. ferst you need to give her a cathedal tapestry that drops from orcs in yughott grotto)

This NPC spawns an NM for CoP Chapter 3 during the "Sandy Path" of the storyline.
