I took this down last week and maybe shoulda posted sooner, but I can confirm the Enfeebling Earring DOES drop of ENM Spire of Dem.
I'm gonna do somemore to figure out if this is the only one it drops off of.

This guy was cake ^^ prty setup: PLD, THF, DRK, WHM, WHM.
First we just started to do what ppl do in a regular party and it used Vanity Drive on the DRk leaving him with 39 hp (lucky he was a galka). So Palidin vokes, I SA behind then give PLD more hate and TA him. Whms start to get hurt by Wanderers but they dont die. i SATA Fast Blade off the DRK and.......WE WIN! 3000 exp earned!

SETUP: 2 RNGs, 2 BLMs, WHM, WAR/NIN
Same as the ENM @ MEA, it will spawn some babies, warderer, in this case. Get your RNG to take care of them, should be died in 4~6 bolt shot. Use 2hr if needed, however my party didnt use any 2hr or anima. Mages dont be shocked if your tank is down to RED hp, just cure them as you did in any xp parties. BTW, this mob will drain MP with special attack(forgot the name), PLD/WAR is not recommanded to tank this guy.

This ENM goes down so fast it's not funny. 2 Rangers, and a NIN/WAR with mage support will murder this thing easily.
