Vana'diel Bestiary: Zebada  

Well while running around lost doing map quest i found the Ice pond for this quest. I went down the western slope on the left side as sliding down and landed on the edge there. One straight tunnel to the end is where the pond is. Traded the bag to the pond and it changed the bag to something else. Went back and traded in the bag and recieved the key item "Zephyr Fan". Says I can use this in Pinnacle to lower the swirling winds. I accidently found this also area also by falling in a whole around J-9 or K-7 dont remember. Will gather some people together here soon and go check it out.

This guy is standing right at the zone from xcabard. He wants you to get him some ice from the caves in the area and gives you a cotton bag(rare/exclusive item) to collect the ice. Unfortunately this area is still to dangerous for me to walk around at 58,but I will return in a few levels.
