Vana'diel Bestiary: Centurio XII-I  

Was out farming with a manticore's with a THF friend and she informed me he was on widescan so we decided to take a crack at him. We won with a LVL 59 NIN/WAR and a LVL 60 THF/RNG. Fight was long.. Very long with us doing at least 5 TA Dancing Edge Distortion Skill chains. He hit really hard when he managed to get through my shadows.. Uses his bow a LOT (which was painful for me considering they always take shadows), and has Eagle Eye Shot. I belive I was hit twice. Once with a shoulder slam for 250-300, and a second time with a melee hit for around 120-150. Sadly no drop. No exp strangely either. I doubt I could have solo'd him (even with blind, para, and slow his constant ranged attacks could clean through a set of 7 Shadows REALLY fast if he so wanted to) due to his high HP.

the first day after the update i was in east altep farming spider webs when i saw a bst running to the korroloka zone with a antican chasing. i saw it said centrino XII-I, checked it impossible to gauge. so i let the bst zone it. a few seconds later centrino emerged from the zone area so i attacked, at 60blm/rdm i wasnt sure what i was getting in to. i bound him then noticed he was a rng >.< so i nuked him, got him to 1/2 life. had to manafont, nuked some more and noticed i was gonna die. so i sleep II him and called out a friend from the ls. he came and used eagle eye shot ftw. no drop ; ;
