Does this NPC sell Shinobi-Gatana like it says above? i need to skillup smithing with them and would rather do it in jeuno than bastok or norg. Do you need a certain amount of fame to get this from NPC if it does sell because people in my LS have checked for me and said no...
He's not selling them today. I think he sells them sometimes tho.

he doesnt sell a nodachi im staring at the buy screen and nodachi isnt there WTH did i just sell al my arrows for ~.~
