When you go to fight the Jailer of Fortitude, the Jailer can summon 2 of these. These are in the 'Ghrah family.

im not exactly sure but i think its the lil red ball thingy that u see in the upper right part of the picture
I believe that it is an elemental type judging by the listed drops. Perhaps it's drop varies based on the day it spawns?
